Not only do we verify the technical values of a module, but we test the individual cells through analysis such as electroluminescence test or one with an infrared camera.
The camera with electro-luminescence allows us to identify damage that can not be seen with the naked eye, but which often have very negative effects on the strength and duration of a module as:
- Micro-cracking, chipping or to limit the complete break of one or more cells;
- General signs of an imperfect processing of the cells;
- The presence of impurities, etc. ...
The use of a room electroluminescence is used to detect fault and defects in a few minutes and then draw conclusions about the quality of material and workmanship of the module tested.
